Refund Policy

Maxxam CBD stands behind our products 100%. Unopened products can be returned 15 days from receipt of the purchase. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged except if defective or damaged. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for either a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same or like-new condition when you received it. Please provide a receipt for proof of purchase to receive a full refund. If you don’t have proof of purchase, then a gift certificate will be provided at the lowest value of the product over the last 30 days.

If your items were delivered damaged, please forward a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will also still require you to return the damaged item along with the packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your return. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied towards the original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, only defective or damaged products will be replaced for the exact same product or products.
